We’d like to walk you through the steps of making our handcrafted family wine.
The first step is to plant the vineyards and ensure that the vines and grapes grow in a healthy manner.
The second step is to choose and pick only the highest quality grapes.
The grapes are crushed after they have been harvested.
Following the crushing of the grapes, yeast is added to begin the primary fermentation process, which can last up to two weeks. The red wine grapes are pressed and the juice is pumped into barrels for ageing after yeast converts the sugars from the grapes into alcohol.
Near the end of the ageing process, winemakers will taste the wine frequently to ensure that the flavors are perfect. Before bottling, the wine is racked, filtered, or both to remove sediment and clarify it. It’s finally time to begin the bottling process!
